Key Responsibilities
• Develop and review instrumentation design deliverables including:
• Instrument Index, P&IDs, Instrument Data Sheets, Hook-up Drawings, Loop Diagrams, Wiring and Interconnection Diagrams, Control and Logic Diagrams
• Ensure proper selection of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analyzers, control valves).
• Verify instrument ranges, specifications, and materials as per process requirements.
• Review and approve vendor documents and technical submittals.
• Lead and coordinate instrumentation activities during construction and commissioning phases.
• Provide site support for installation, calibration, loop checking, and commissioning.
• Resolve site-related issues, technical queries, and deviations.
• Ensure field terminations and panel terminations are correct and traceable.
