HSE Supervisor
Role:
• To supervise the data to day implementation of HSE management system.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Safety / ERT technicians;
Attend the daily PTW meeting and participate into job safety analysis and risk assessments in
general;
Ensure compliance with permit to work procedure through a day-to-day PTW reviews and planned
workplace inspections;
Authorized gas tester by role;
Lead emergency response team actions during an emergency;
Review the contractor Safety performance by inspection and by acquiring data to provide means to
improve overall HSE standards;
Advise on improvements to HSE procedural control;
Ensure strict compliance with the Coral FLNG SA safety requirements;
Administrate the behavioural-based safety program by collecting reports, analysing data,
coordinating root cause analysis and track recommendations;
Ensure the adequate training of personnel operating on site and maintain records for mandatory
training and certifications to work offshore;
Participate in HSE Audits / Investigate all safety incidents and accidents and ensure the quality of
the notification report, which is issued by concerned discipline;
Ensure emergency preparedness, including ready-to-go conditions of fire equipment by witnessing
regular test and supervising servicing and cleaning activities;
Communicate HSE related issues to the workforce including HSE statistic, lessons learnt from own
and others incidents and HSE procedure updates, etc;
Ensure environmental records are kept updated as to the environmental monitoring plan;
Deliver safety induction to visitors;
Ensure compliance with PPE policy.

Qualifications and Experience:
5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience;
3 years of experience both in a technical safety role and in a safety management role;
Technical Diploma or higher;
Team management experience;
Accreditation in HSE Codes and Standards;
Technical qualification relevant to petrochemical industry;
Recognized Occupational Hygiene qualification and professional affiliation;
Proven experience in theoretical and practical aspects of occupational hygiene, including taking
relevant readings and measurements;
Previous experience of offshore operations.
