TRS Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a Cargo Supervisor to join offshore FPSO operations on the ASENG asset in Equatorial Guinea. This is an exciting opportunity for marine professionals with tanker and FPSO experience to take on a leadership role within a dynamic offshore team.
📍 Location: Malabo, Equatorial Guinea
🔄 Rotation: 35/35
USD 370 per day
Key Requirements:
- STCW II/2 Chief Officer qualification (3000 GT or greater).
- Minimum 3 years crude oil tanker experience (VLCC preferred).
- Chief Officer experience highly desirable.
- Previous FPSO experience advantageous.
- Experience with loading computer software.
- Strong knowledge of cargo operations, offloading, ballast control, PTW, risk assessments and emergency response.
- English proficiency (minimum B1 level).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise marine and cargo operations including loading, offloading and cargo utility systems.
- Lead and support cargo operations teams offshore.
- Support emergency response activities and critical situation management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational procedures.
