🔧 POSITION:

Instrument & Control Engineer (Onshore & Offshore)

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead control & instrumentation engineering technical matters
• Coordinate DCS, SIS, FGS, BMS, PDCS, PLC and field instrumentation activities
• Handle instrument/control package procurement, FAT/SIT, installation and commissioning
• Support brownfield system expansion and offshore projects
• Participate in HAZID / HAZOP / SIL / LOPA reviews
• Coordinate with equipment vendors, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities
• Review vendor documentation and develop project procedures
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and technical requirements

🎓 REQUIREMENTS:

• 15+ years of working experience, with minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas
• Relevant Engineering Degree
• Fluent English
• International & offshore assignment experience
• Strong experience in DCS / SDS / FGS / PLC
• DeltaV / Rockwell knowledge preferred
• Experience in FEED / EPCIC / brownfield hook-up & commissioning
• HAZOP / SIL review experience
• Strong contractor and vendor interface experience

⭐ Preference may be given to candidates with:
• Work experience in Shwe Phase 2 & Phase 3
• Korean engineers with experience at major Korean shipbuilding companies
