Sr.Environmental Manager (EPC Sector)
Long Term Contract
Location : Abu Dhabi
Minimum Requirements:
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
🔹 Experience: 12+ years of environmental management experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects, preferably UAE/GCC.
🔹 UAE Experience: Strong knowledge of UAE environmental regulations and ADNOC requirements.
🔹 Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental laws, project specifications, permits, and client requirements.
🔹 Environmental Plans: Develop and implement Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and monitoring programs.
🔹 Site Monitoring: Supervise environmental monitoring for air quality, water, waste, noise, emissions, and pollution control.
🔹 Waste Management: Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling, storage, transportation, and disposal.
🔹 Audits & Inspections: Conduct environmental audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
🔹 Reporting: Prepare environmental reports, statistics, KPIs, incident reports, and submissions to clients/regulatory authorities.
🔹 Incident Management: Investigate environmental incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
🔹 Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and project teams.
🔹 Team Leadership: Lead and mentor environmental engineers, officers, and inspectors.
🔹 Certifications:ISO 14001 Lead Auditor / NEBOSH Environmental or equivalent certification preferred.
