Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager – Mechanical Works for an Oil & Gas project.
Key Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in operations, maintenance, or industrial services, preferably within Oil & Gas, petrochemical, energy, or similar industries
• Proven experience managing multi-discipline maintenance contracts in live operating facilities
• Strong knowledge of O&M and contract management, including KPIs, SLAs, commercial terms and variations
• Solid experience in preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance
• Strong planning & scheduling skills, including shutdowns, turnarounds and major maintenance campaigns
• Good understanding of asset reliability, integrity, availability, MTBF/MTTR and critical equipment
• Strong HSE leadership, including PTW, LOTO/isolation and safe systems of work
• Experience managing budgets, manpower, subcontractors, procurement, materials and cost forecasting
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo or similar
• Ability to manage KPIs, risks, backlog, workforce productivity and operational performance
• Engineering/Technical degree or equivalent
• Excellent English communication and client management skills
Experience in shutdowns/turnarounds and major maintenance campaigns will be highly desirable.
