JOB TITLE : INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN (JUNIOR)
Work Location Offshore Leave Cycle 30 days paid leave after 90 days continuous work Working Hours 06:30 to 18:30 (1-hour lunch break), 7 days a week Air Ticket Round trip - Economy class provided as per company policy Medical Health Insurance provided Food & Accommodation Food and single status accommodation provided as per company policy Salary AED 3,250 per month + Offshore allowances Qualification (minimum) Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering Experience (minimum) 7 + years’ experience in maintenance of Filed Instruments and Control systems in Oil and Gas Industries. Contract/Sponsorship Type Contract Hire Probation period * 6 months Other conditions All other conditions will be as per UAE/ABU DHABI LABOUR LAW Job Description * Conduct calibration and overhauling work for the control valves and field instruments, record all data calibration report for future references
* Attend to breakdowns and perform corrective actions, ensuring adherence to procedures
* Carryout preventive maintenance activities at all plant locations according to defined schedules to facilitate uninterrupted operations
* Carry out troubleshooting on PLC, DCS, Hydraulic Control, Electro-Mechanical and other controllers of the control systems.
* Conduct troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, installation, inspection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operation support.
* Check all Instrument materials about the quantity for emergency purposes in the warehouse.
* Assists in equipment start up and commissioning after maintenance activity is completed to ensure smooth recommencing of operations.
