OTS Training Manager | Mozambique

Airswift is supporting an exciting LNG project in Mozambique and is looking to speak with experienced OTS Training Managers.

Requirements:

✅ 10+ years' experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, or Petrochemicals
✅ 5+ years as a Panel Operator in an LNG Production Plant
✅ Hands-on experience with Operator Training Simulators (OTS)
✅ Strong DCS/ICSS and Emergency Shutdown Systems knowledge
✅ Experience delivering operator training, competency assessments, and qualification programs
✅ Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent
