Join our esteemed client, a leading Oil & Gas LNG Operating Company in Qatar.
SHES SPECIALIST (Offshore Brownfield and Hook Up & Commissioning)
Project: offshore platforms and pipelines construction
Work Location: Qatar, Ras Laffan – Onshore office work
Estimated Start Date: October-2026
Contract Duration: 36 Months
Rotation: 3 Months on / 2 weeks off
✔ Bachelor’s degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, security, or engineering or NEBOSH National/International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, SHES related NVQ level 5, or British Safety Council Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
✔ 10 Yrs. Broad experience in execution of major projects and in the Brownfield of Onshore/Offshore production facilities.
✔ Identify and control project risks using risk assessments, Method Statements, and JSAs to ensure safe execution.
✔ Conduct regular audits and safety inspections to ensure risk controls are in place and effective.
✔ Conduct safety observations to identify risks and improve safety performance.
✔ Provide onboarding as required and job-specific training to ensure a competent workforce and safe work practices.
✔ Coordinates with Contractor Emergency Response Team to ensure the effective implementation of Contractor’s Emergency Response Plans.
✔ Participate in SHES Steering Committee meetings to review performance and drive safety improvements.
✔ Maintain effective coordination with construction, project, and operations teams to resolve SHES issues and support safe project execution.
