Job Description:
1) Planning and Coordinating all Maintenance activities for all oil field services departments.
2) lead a Team of mechanics, electronic technicians, instrument technicians, electrician effectively to improve the maintenance activities.
3) Dragonise the complex Maintenance activates of oil field services.
Ensuring all equipment performing as per the standard with utmost safety and efficiency.
4) Monitor equipment runtime and performance with maintenance supervisors, user departments to maximise runtime and expediate the equipment repairs, implement the improvement s and manage the preventive maintenance process.
5) Making sure all the equipment have preventive maintenance plans.
6) Procuring all required spares for Maintenance work and managing the warehouse inventory.
7) Conduct Staffing Model Impact Analysis
