Join our esteemed client, a leading Oil & Gas LNG Operating Company in Qatar.
SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER ( Static / Piping )
Project : Offshore Oilfield Expansion / Redevelopment Project
Job Location : Doha, Qatar ( Office based )
Contract Duration : 5 Yrs.
Work Schedule : 5 days a week /8 hours per day/ 22 days per month
Rotation : 5 ½ months on 2 weeks off
✔ bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering OR Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer with 15 years’ experience related to the Oil & Gas industry in both Static and Piping disciplines. Expert level competency is required at least in one of the discipline areas (i.e., static or piping).
✔ Provide technical design and engineering services in Mechanical Engineering for all assigned engineering projects. Achieving the technical quality of work in accordance with company procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost and HSE.
✔ Conduct Mechanical Engineering activities and in-house site surveys for projects, from initial concept definition phase through to, engineering studies, FEED, detailed design, and commissioning.
✔ Proven ability for effectively managing time, cost, and quality in either greenfield or brownfield engineering major projects as well in multiple project environment for discipline engineering. Having experience in concept development, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), EPIC, and technical support to operation.
