Job Description
One of Qatar's premier Oil & Gas and LNG operating companies is currently hiring for the following position in South Korea.
1) Multi-Technicians ( Electrical & Instrumentation )
Work Location: South Korea ( yard based)
Estimated Start Date: September-2026
Contract Duration: 24 Months
Rotation: 3 Months on / 2 weeks off
✔ Higher national diploma or certificate (equivalent to A-levels + 2 years’ study) with 5 years’ experience in offshore operations, production preferably as control room operator or Production Operator
✔ Thorough knowledge of instrumentation measurement signal principles, safety systems (ESD/ Fire & Gas), field calibration equipment and tools such as Rosemount Hart Communicator.
✔ Demonstrable evidence of attending and passing a qualification in Small Tube Boring.
✔ Thorough knowledge of HV and LV equipment -generators, motors, electrical systems and associated switch gear.
✔ Good understanding how to read electrical circuit diagrams.
✔ Willing to work flexible shifts and extended shifts as required.
✔ CompEx Certification
✔ Basic firefighting., T-BOSIET, H2S training OPITO approved., PTW training & JSA awareness.
✔ Confined Space Entry & Rescue, Authorized Gas Tester.
✔ Lifting and rigging training
✔ Radiation protection awareness.
✔ Hazard & Energy control Logout & Tagout awareness.
