We are looking for experienced QA/QC Piping & Welding Inspectors

We have an urgent requirement for the DESCON Shutdown Project in UAE. We are looking for experienced QA/QC Piping & Welding Inspectors with strong Oil & Gas Turnaround / Shutdown experience.
Position: QA/QC Piping & Welding Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

Perform QA/QC inspections for piping fabrication, fit-up, welding, erection, repairs, and pressure testing activities.
Review and verify IFC drawings, WPS, PQR, WQT, NDE procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, and Work Packs before execution.
Monitor welding activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures, project specifications, and international standards.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and client inspection teams for inspection and testing activities.
Witness NDT, hydrotesting, material identification, and maintain inspection reports and QA/QC documentation.
Raise NCRs, monitor corrective actions, and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas Turnaround / Shutdown Projects.
CSWIP 3.1 Certification – Mandatory.
NDT Level II (PT / MT / UT / RT) will be an added advantage.
BGAS or NACE Certification will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding inspection, repair procedures, and QA/QC documentation.
Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas Projects is mandatory.
