HEAD OF PROCUREMENT
Project: Onshore LNG Train 4&6 Restoration
Work Location: Doha, Qatar & Ras Laffan Qatar - Onshore
Estimated Start Date: October-2026
Contract Duration: 36 Months
Rotation: 3 Months on / 2 weeks off
✔ Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, or
Statistics.
✔ 15 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, oversight of contractor/subcontractor’s/ service/vendor personnel. Experience with EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
✔ Manages all procurement requirements of Train 4&6 Restoration Project, to ensure the technical and commercial objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule.
✔ Accountable for project material purchase order process including expediting and delivery within the required project timeline.
✔ Worldwide experience with contractors particularly those involved in the procurement activities for LNG production facilities.
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
