Job Description
📍 Location: Afungi, Mozambique (2 weeks in paris, EU preferred)
🔄 Rotation: 4 weeks ON / 4 weeks OFF
📅 Start Date: September & October 2026
⏳ Duration: Approximately 20 months (until Q2 2028)
✔ LOCAL ONSHORE SITE SUPERVISOR
🔹Supervise daily site operations and pre-com activities while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
🔹Manage site resources and be the main interface with clients and local authorities.
Requirements :
➡️ Around 10 years' experience in Subsea / Oil & Gas site operations
➡️ Experience with major EPC contractors
➡️ Experience in Africa/Mozambique is a plus
➡️ Fluent English
➡️ Portuguese is an advantage + French is a plus
➡️ ⚠️ Valid medical certificate for onshore operations in Africa
➡️ ⚠️OGUK Medical mandatory
✔ LOCAL ONSHORE SITE COORDINATOR
🔹Reporting to the Site Supervisor, coordinate daily site operations, pre-com activities, subcontractors and suppliers while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
Requirements:
➡️ Previous experience in Subsea or Oil & Gas site coordination
➡️ Experience with major EPC contractors is appreciated
➡️ Fluent English
➡️ Portuguese is an advantage + French is a plus
➡️ Valid medical certificate for onshore operations in Africa
➡️ OGUK Medical mandatory
