Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Instrument Technician with strong hands-on experience in Emerson DeltaV systems to join our team in Qatar.
Key Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects
• Strong experience in instrumentation commissioning, loop checking, and functional testing
• Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV (DCS, SIS, and Fire & Gas systems)
• Proficient in loop testing methodologies (4–20 mA, HART, Fieldbus)
• Experience in Gas Detection Systems and Fire & Gas testing
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, and cause & effect charts
• Familiar with testing tools such as multimeters, loop calibrators (Fluke), and HART communicators
