Candidates should meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience:
- 8 years of experience with large-project commissioning in the Oil & Gas Industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
- Familiarity with discipline Hook-Up and Commissioning delivery processes and associated project phases, including completions walkdowns and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.
- Experience in an Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) role for large EPC contracts, with strong commissioning and technical skills.
- Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up.
- Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
- Proficient in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings, and procedures.
- Knowledge in project execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and systems completion.
- Understanding of compliance with contract requirements, codes, standards, and technical specifications.
- Experience with vendors in the LNG industry, including compressors, power generation, control systems, and topsides.
- Background in large-scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
- Experience in providing start-up support to Operations.
