Are you an experienced Production Supervisor looking for your next offshore opportunity?
We are currently hiring for a leading Oil & Gas Offshore Project in the UAE.
📌 Position: Production Supervisor
📍 Location: Offshore, UAE
💼 Employment Type: Contract Hire
💰 Salary: AED 12,000/Month
🔄 Leave Rotation: 28 Days On / 28 Days Off
✈️ Round Trip Economy Air Ticket Provided

🏠 Food & Accommodation Provided (Company Policy)
⏰ Working Hours: 06:30 AM – 06:30 PM (1-hour lunch), 7 Days/Week
📝 Probation: 6 Months
🎓 Qualification:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or equivalent.
👨🔧 Experience Required:
✔️ 7–10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
✔️ Minimum 5 years as a Production Supervisor or Petroleum Engineer.
✔️ Strong offshore production operations experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise daily offshore production operations safely and efficiently.
✅ Plan and coordinate production activities to meet operational targets.
✅ Manage Permit to Work (PTW) system and conduct risk assessments.
✅ Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
✅ Supervise contractors and ensure HSE compliance.
✅ Manage manpower, materials, and production resources.
✅ Drive continuous improvement while maintaining operational excellence.
