Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Corporate GHG Inventory in accordance with GHG Protocol and ISO 14064-1.
Establish ESG governance framework, policies, procedures and SOPs across all business verticals.
Develop ESG KPIs and sustainability performance dashboards for Management Review.
Coordinate ESG data collection from Solar, Wind, Hybrid, EPC, O&M, Manufacturing and Corporate Offices.
Monitor compliance with SEBI BRSR, NGRBC, Companies Act and applicable environmental regulations.
Lead implementation of ESG reporting frameworks including GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, TCFD, CDP and SASB.
Develop Carbon Management Strategy including Net Zero Roadmap and Decarbonization Plan.
Coordinate Carbon Credit, Renewable Energy Certificates (REC) and Climate-related initiatives.
Conduct Materiality Assessment, Stakeholder Engagement and ESG Risk Assessment.
Identify ESG risks and integrate them into Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
Develop sustainability policies covering Climate Change, Water Stewardship, Circular Economy, Waste Management, Biodiversity and Energy Efficiency.
Coordinate internal and external ESG assurance and sustainability audits.
Develop ESG Management Information System (MIS) and management reporting dashboards.
Support investors, customers and rating agencies during ESG assessments and due diligence.
Lead ESG benchmarking against global best practices and peer organizations.
Conduct sustainability awareness programmes and ESG capability-building initiatives across the organization.
Support Green Finance, Sustainability Linked Loans and ESG Due Diligence initiatives.
Coordinate Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Water Footprint, Waste Footprint and Circular Economy assessments.
Drive digitalization of ESG reporting through Power BI, Excel and other reporting platforms.
Coordinate cross-functional ESG committees to ensure organization-wide implementation.
