Reuirements:

Proven experience in booking and coordinating cargo collection between Vendors and Logistics Service Providers (LSCP).
Deep knowledge of transportation and commercial documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery advice, bills of lading, and sales orders.
Strong understanding of internal compliance and project-specific logistics procedures.
Hands-on experience coordinating complex shipment execution with LSCPs, covering both offshore and onshore logistics.
Demonstrated ability to monitor end-to-end shipments, ensure full status visibility, and proactively report risks to Project Management.
Experience in financial control, specifically reviewing and approving freight costs against contractual price lists.
Proficiency in logistics IT systems, with mandatory or preferred experience in Marian ERP and shipment management software.
