🚨 We're Hiring | ⚡ Role- Engineering & Technical Services Head

📍 Location: Uzbekistan

What we're looking for:

✔ 15–20 years of experience in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Chemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas or Heavy Manufacturing industries
✔ Strong exposure to Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance (MEI)
✔ Proven leadership in plant reliability, shutdowns, engineering projects and technical services
✔ Expertise in preventive, predictive and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)

Key Responsibilities:

🔴 Lead Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation functions to maximize plant reliability and availability.
🔴 Drive preventive, predictive and reliability improvement initiatives while reducing breakdowns and maintenance costs.
🔴 Lead plant modifications, technical upgrades, CAPEX projects and engineering improvements.
🔴 Manage annual shutdowns, turnarounds and major maintenance activities safely and efficiently.
