🎓 Qualification:
• BE in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Welding Engineering
📜 Preferred Certifications:
• CSWIP / AWS
• ASNT / PCN
• ISO Certifications
• API 510 / API 570 / API 653
💼 Experience Required:
• Engineers: 10+ Years
• Inspectors: 8+ Years
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Inspection of Pressure Vessels, Boilers, Piping Systems & Fabrication Works
✅ ASME Section I, VIII & IX Compliance
✅ Preparation & Review of WPS, PQR, WPQ and Welding Traceability Records
✅ Witnessing Hydrotest, Pneumatic Test & NDT Activities (RT, UT, MT, PT)
✅ Material Traceability & Quality Documentation Management
✅ Preparation of Inspection Reports, NCRs, MDRs & Quality Dossiers
✅ Verification of ASME U-Stamp Documentation
✅ Support for ASME "U" Stamp & "R" Stamp Audits
✅ Coordination with Clients, Third-Party Inspectors & Regulatory Authorities
🎯 Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of ASME Codes, Pressure Equipment Inspection, Quality Assurance, Welding Inspection, and Audit Compliance.
