We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer (HV Specialist) (Kazakhstan passport holders only) to join our team at Tecnimont for an EPC project at the Tengiz site. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in high-voltage systems, commissioning, and site electrical activities within EPC Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage (HV) electrical systems
✔ Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and HSE requirements
✔ Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors for HV activities
✔ Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation
✔ Monitor progress of electrical works and report deviations or risks
✔ Support energization procedures and ensure safe execution of HV operations
✔ Conduct inspections and ensure quality of installations and testing activities
✔ Prepare reports, documentation, and as-built records
Requirements:
🔹 Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience in HV electrical systems within EPC or Oil & Gas projects
🔹 Strong knowledge of HV equipment, substations, and power distribution systems
🔹 Experience in testing and commissioning of HV systems
🔹 Familiarity with international electrical standards and safety practices
🔹 Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
🔹 Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
🔹 Good command of English
🔹 Willingness to work on-site
