Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for entry-level candidates to join its team as Customer Care Engineers for Gas Chromatography (GC) systems.
Requirements:
1–3 years of service experience in laboratory instruments and chromatography systems.
Basic knowledge of Gas Chromatography (GC) instruments.
Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
Willingness to travel and provide on-site service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GC instruments.
Provide technical support and training to customers.
Perform preventive maintenance and instrument calibration.
Ensure timely resolution of customer service requests.
Maintain service reports and documentation.
