We are urgently looking candidates for a Piping Supervisor

📍 Location: Karabatan, Atyrau, Kazakhstan

📅 Experience: 8+ years in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Petrochemical sectors

📍 Preferred Experience:

✔ Oversee and coordinate daily piping fabrication and installation activities at workshops, lay-down areas, and site.
✔ Ensure fabrication and erection of piping spools, supports, and related components according to Isometric drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications.
✔ Allocate work to teams, monitor progress, and resolve technical and operational issues.
✔ Ensure welding, cutting, beveling, fit-up, and installation are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
✔ Review drawings and verify material availability; clarify discrepancies with engineering teams.
✔ Monitor fabrication and installation sequences aligned with construction priorities.
✔ Ensure proper material handling (CS, SS, Alloy Steel, HDPE, GRE, etc.).
Coordinate with QA/QC and NDT teams for inspections and testing.
✔ Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and safe work practices.
✔ Conduct toolbox talks and enforce proper use of PPE.
✔ Identify, report, and mitigate unsafe conditions and incidents.
✔ Coordinate with Construction, Welding, QA/QC, Planning, and other disciplines.
✔ Report progress, constraints, and manpower requirements to management.
✔ Maintain documentation: spool tracking, weld maps, NDT status, and daily reports.
✔ Support weekly reporting and scheduling activities.
✔ Ensure all work complies with project specifications and international standards (ASME, API, ISO).
✔ Ensure adherence to approved WPS, PQR, and WPQ.
✔ Monitor welding quality and ensure timely closure of NCRs.
✔ Verify dimensional accuracy and cleanliness before release for installation.
