We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Team Leader to lead and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for rotating, static, and piping equipment
✅ Oversee maintenance of compressors, steam turbines, boilers, furnaces, and pressure vessels
✅ Plan and execute major plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and recommissioning activities
✅ Coordinate with Operations, Planning, and Technical teams to prioritize maintenance work
✅ Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical mechanical failures
✅ Review maintenance work orders, contractor timesheets, and material requisitions
✅ Manage departmental operating and capital budgets
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and international standards
✅ Mentor and develop maintenance personnel through competency-based training
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
✔ 8+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer plants
✔ Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
✔ Hands-on experience with rotating equipment, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and safety valves
✔ Strong knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning systems
✔ Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
