Role Objective: Support business growth in the Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas segment by identifying opportunities, owning the end-to-end tendering and bid process, and helping build long-term client relationships. The role works closely with the Business Support Lead and reports into the same.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track and identify new business opportunities across target clients and geographies
2. Own the tendering, bidding, and pre-qualification process end-to-end quality, timelines, and compliance
3. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, support review of contracts and agreements with a basic risk lens
4. Carry out market intelligence, competitor mapping, and opportunity tracking to feed into strategy
5. Maintain the opportunity pipeline and support revenue forecasting and projections
6. Monitor tender portals and industry platforms for upcoming opportunities
7. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, and technical teams for proposal preparation and mobilisation inputs
8. Build and maintain working relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
9. Ensure all submissions adhere to client requirements, internal policies, and contractual norms
10. Support strategic initiatives partnerships, alliances, and new market entry as directed
11. Provide periodic pipeline and performance updates to management

Experience & Qualifications:

1. Relevant experience in Business Development, ideally within Oil & Gas / EPC
2. Hands-on exposure to tendering and contract documentation
3. Engineering background with Business Management qualification preferred
