📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
🏭 Industry: Fertilizer / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Team Leader to join a leading industrial organization in Abu Dhabi.
🔹 Requirements:
✅ B.E or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
✅ Minimum 8 years of experience in installation, testing, and maintenance of large rotating equipment, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, towers, safety valves, etc.
✅ Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
✅ Strong experience in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Oil & Gas plants
✅ Expertise in maintenance planning, shutdown management, troubleshooting, and team leadership
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise mechanical maintenance activities across plant facilities
✔ Lead maintenance teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
✔ Manage major shutdowns and preventive maintenance programs
✔ Troubleshoot critical mechanical equipment issues
✔ Ensure compliance with HSE standards and operational excellence
✔ Liaise with OEMs, contractors, and internal stakeholders
