🚀 We're Hiring : Project Planner

📍 Location : Indonesia -Tanjung Balai Karimun
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support planning, scheduling, and project controls activities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain project schedules, WBS, and activity coding using Primavera P6.
2. Monitor project progress, analyze schedule variances, and develop recovery plans.
3. Generate look-ahead schedules, progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and KPI dashboards.
4. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule alignment.
5. Support forecasting, resource planning, and project controls functions.
6. Participate in client and stakeholder progress review meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent technical qualification) is preferred but not essential
2. Professional certification in Planning and Scheduling is advantageous.
3. Primavera P6 proficiency is required.
