Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Analyzer Technician to join a leading Oil & Gas/Petrochemical facility in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and reliability of online analyzers and Fire & Gas (F&G) systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Requirements
✅ Minimum 8 years of experience in analyzer maintenance within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, LNG, or Petrochemical industry.
✅ Qualification:
2-Year ITI or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation with relevant experience, OR
3-Year Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline (Preferred)
✅ Hands-on experience in:
Analyzer installation and commissioning
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Calibration and troubleshooting of online analyzers
Analyzer shelter and sample conditioning systems
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot online analyzers and Fire & Gas systems.
🔹 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
🔹 Handle analyzers including:
Gas Chromatograph (GC)
IR/UV Analyzers
pH Analyzers
Conductivity Analyzers
Moisture Analyzers
TOC Analyzers
Oxygen Analyzers
CEMS and other process analyzers
🔹 Maintain analyzer sampling systems and calibration records.
🔹 Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, PTW requirements, and company standards.
🔹 Support Fire & Gas systems, including detectors and FACP panels.
🔹 Coordinate with DCS/PLC systems for analyzer integration and troubleshooting (preferred).
🔹 Work effectively in a shift-based maintenance environment.
