Position: Lead QA/QC Inspector – E&I (E&I QA/QC Lead)
📄 Contract Type: Long-Term
✈️ Mobilization: Immediate
We are currently seeking an experienced E&I QA/QC Lead for a long-term opportunity with a leading organization in Qatar's Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead E&I QA/QC activities for Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround projects.
✅ Prepare, implement, and update Quality Plans, ITPs, and QA/QC procedures.
✅ Supervise QA/QC Inspectors and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
✅ Manage NCRs, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive quality improvement initiatives.
✅ Monitor and report QA/QC KPIs and performance metrics.
✅ Conduct QA/QC and HSSE audits.
✅ Maintain QA/QC documentation using AIMS or AVEVA systems.
✅ Participate in toolbox talks and support continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
✔ 10+ years of E&I QA/QC experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Power industries.
✔ Minimum 3 years as QA/QC Lead and 5 years as QC Inspector.
✔ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, IEC standards, engineering drawings, and PTW systems.
✔ Experience in NCR management, RCA, KPI tracking, and quality audits.
✔ CompEx Certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS tools.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (IELTS Level 7 equivalent).
✔ Qatari Driving License preferred (or to be obtained within 3 months)
