Job Description
📍 Location: Tengiz 21\21
Requirements:
✔ Higher technical education in Automation, Instrumentation & Control, Process Control Systems, Chemistry, or related disciplines
✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
✔ Knowledge of oil & gas production processes and analytical chemistry
✔ Experience with on-line analyzers, gas chromatographs, sampling systems, and process instrumentation
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Monitor the technical condition and safe operation of online analyzers and associated equipment
🔹 Perform troubleshooting, maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, and repair activities
🔹 Support operation and maintenance of gas chromatographs, spectroscopy, UV, TDL, moisture, oxygen, H2S, SO2, NOx, TOC, conductivity, pH, and ORP analyzers
🔹 Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company standards, and regulatory requirements
🔹 Participate in equipment inspections, diagnostics, and technical documentation preparation
🔹 Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability of analyzer systems
Preferred Qualifications:
▪ Experience with Siemens MAXUM II, ULTRAMAT 23, Ametek analyzers, Rosemount, Yokogawa, Hach, Michell Instruments, and Emerson analyzer systems
▪ Understanding of hazardous area classification and explosion-proof equipment
▪ Knowledge of SIS, LOPA, digitalization, cybersecurity, and modern automation technologies
▪ Experience with E1 and maintenance management systems
