Job Description
Key requirements:
✔ Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas Engineering, Thermal Power Engineering, or related disciplines
✔ Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance and reliability experience
✔ Strong knowledge of stationary equipment, utilities systems, pipelines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, valves, and associated infrastructure
✔ Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning, reliability improvement programs, and contractor management
✔ Knowledge of HSE requirements, PTW processes, industrial safety, and environmental compliance
✔ Valid certifications in ECP/CP, NDT, protective coatings, and welding production (preferred/required according to RoK regulations)
✔ English, Russian, and Kazakh language proficiency
Key responsibilities:
🔹 Coordinate maintenance execution activities and contractor performance
🔹 Support reliability and asset integrity programs
🔹 Coordinate excavation, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, insulation, coating, HVAC, and fixed equipment activities
🔹 Monitor safety compliance and participate in audits, investigations, and risk assessments
🔹 Support commissioning activities and maintenance planning through CMMS
🔹 Coordinate equipment, materials, and resources to support uninterrupted operations
