Job Description
Production Supervisor (Oil & Gas)
Salary: AED 12,000
Location: Abu Dhabi
Rotation: 28/28
Candidates with a Bachelors in Chemical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient activities in accordance with approved operational standards.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to achieve operational targets and continuity.
Implement Permit to Work (PTW) systems and carry out risk assessments to ensure safe execution of all activities.
Coordinate closely with maintenance teams to minimise downtime and support uninterrupted operations.
Supervise and monitor contractors and site personnel to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and scope requirements.
Manage resources, manpower, materials, and inventory to ensure effective utilisation and availability.
Ensure full compliance with HSE and operational management system requirements, while supporting team development and continuous improvement.
