SCADA DCS & ESD Instrument Lead Engineer (for KZ passport holders)

Main requirements:

Understanding of PLC and SCADA systems;
Understanding of instrumentation and control;
Understanding of networking systems (fiber optic cables, Ethernet, switches, firewalls, servers);
Understanding of: Loop check, SAT, Cause & Effect Matrix, Functional test, P&ID, Logic diagram, I/O list;
PLC, SCADA, network switch, and server programming skills are not required, but ability to understand logic and troubleshoot is mandatory

Main responsibilities:

Duties:
MANAGEMENT
Supervise the project planning related to the assigned subsystems;
Keep the project schedule up to date by providing information on progress status and/or activity delays;
Interface with the Client and their commissioning supervisors/operators;
Ensure readiness for commissioning (check MC completion, documentation, permits, etc.);
Manage vendors’ commissioning procedures:
Notify the Client and all relevant parties of the start of the commissioning procedures (prepared by the vendors);
Supervise activities during the commissioning procedures;
Ensure that the commissioning procedures are accepted and signed by the Client;
Manage punch lists related to AUT/F&G/TLC commissioning and their resolution (by ensuring they are closed by the vendor).
Permit to Work (PTW) and SIMOPS: Coordinate and manage the Permit to Work system, interfacing with Construction and HSE teams, and ensure that all prerequisites, conditions, and safety requirements are in place prior to the execution of activities;
Provide technical support for troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely identification and resolution of system issues, and coordinating with vendors and engineering teams to implement effective corrective actions.
ENGINEERING
Review and comment on the commissioning procedures of the vendors under own responsibility, as well as those of other systems managed by others, insofar as these systems are interfaced with the control system;
MATERIALS
Manage commissioning spare parts (AUT/F&G/TLC);
Manage special tools for commissioning (AUT/F&G/TLC)
COMMISSIONING TEAMS COORDINATION
Coordinate with the Commissioning Manager and the Electrical and Instrumentation commissioning teams for subsystem energization activities, ensuring proper planning, sequencing, and safe execution;
Define priorities for construction, pre-commissioning, and other disciplines (ELE and STRU) in order to meet the project schedule;
Interface with ELE and STRU commissioning teams for LOTO management;
Interface management between all systems connected to the GPP control system.
