Job Description
We are putting together a drilling supervision team for an upcoming offshore project in Poland!
(Right to work in Poland required)
We are currently looking for experienced offshore drilling personnel for a nearshore jack-up sidetrack & welltest campaign nearshore Poland.
Project Overview:
▪️ Nearshore offshore Poland operation (6KM offshore / inside 12NM)
▪️ Jack-up unit
▪️ Sidetrack & welltest campaign
▪️ Planned spud – August/September 2026
▪️ Estimated duration – 100–140 days
▪️ Potential flexibility for second rotation commencing later in September
Roles Required:
▪️ Senior Drilling Supervisor x1 (SDSV)
▪️ Night Drilling Supervisor x1 (NDSV)
▪️ Potential rotating structure covering day/night operations
Requirements:
▪️ Strong jack-up drilling supervision experience
▪️ Previous sidetrack operations exposure
▪️ Welltest campaign experience preferred
▪️ UKCS and/or European offshore operations background
▪️ Strong HSE and client-facing capability
▪️ Experience within integrated drilling/well operations teams
▪️ Offshore certifications & medical in date
▪️ Valid Passport
