I'm looking to connect with experienced offshore oil & gas professionals for potential opportunities across the FPSO sector in Latin America.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with relevant experience in the following positions:
🔹 Production Superintendent – FPSO
An experienced offshore production leader responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring safe and efficient performance, managing departmental teams, maintaining operational standards and coordinating with other offshore departments and key stakeholders.
Key experience:
▪️ FPSO or offshore production operations
▪️ Production team leadership and performance management
▪️ Process safety, risk assessment and permit-to-work systems
▪️ Operational reporting, incident investigation and emergency response
▪️ Workforce competency, training and development
🔹 Production Supervisor – FPSO
A hands-on offshore production professional responsible for supervising daily production activities, coordinating operational teams and ensuring process systems operate safely, efficiently and in line with operational procedures.
Key experience:
▪️ Supervising offshore production and process operations
▪️ Monitoring production performance and operational efficiency
▪️ Permit-to-work, risk assessments and safe systems of work
▪️ Team coordination, training and competency development
▪️ Emergency response and operational troubleshooting
🔹 Control Room Operator (CRO) – FPSO
An experienced control room operator responsible for monitoring and controlling offshore process and utility systems, maintaining stable production and responding effectively to operational changes and alarms.
Key experience:
▪️ FPSO or offshore process control experience
▪️ Monitoring process parameters and production systems
▪️ Alarm management, troubleshooting and shutdown systems
▪️ Permit-to-work, equipment isolation and process safety
▪️ Production reporting and coordination with offshore teams
