Job Description
📍 Location: Angola
⚙️ Project: FPSO – Operations Phase
🔹 Scope of Services
- Lead and coordinate technical support for FPSO operations and offshore teams
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations through effective technical assurance
- Coordinate technical resources, vendors, subcontractors, inspections, and offshore interventions
- Support MOC, Root Cause Analysis, incident investigations, and continuous improvement activities
- Monitor technical performance, operational KPIs, spare parts requirements, and technical gaps
- Lead Asset Integrity Management (AIM) activities, including SECE Performance Standards, Integrity Threats Register, and recovery actions
- Ensure compliance with Company QHSE requirements, Class, applicable standards, and contractual requirements
🔹 Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Technical Manager in an FPSO Operations environment
- Strong technical and operational background in FPSO operations
- Solid experience in Asset Integrity Management (AIM) and Safety and Environmentally Critical Elements (SECE)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, inspection, technical assurance, MOC, RCA, and operational risk management
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, vendors, subcontractors, and offshore activities
- English and Portuguese speakers required Availability to work in Angola
