Job Description
We are currently supporting a client on the appointment of a multidisciplinary Owner’s Engineer team for a major Power Plant Project in Singapore, with opportunities for experienced power professionals to join from Q1 2027.
We are looking to connect with experienced candidates for:
🔹 Technical Lead / Technical Manager – Owner’s Engineer
🔹 Civil & Structural Discipline Engineer
🔹 Mechanical Discipline Engineer
🔹 Electrical Discipline Engineer
🔹 Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Discipline Engineer
📍 Location: Singapore
📅 Start: Q1 2027
⏳ Duration: Up to 5 years, through Q4 2030
The team will support the project across the full lifecycle, from engineering and design review through construction, commissioning, performance testing and handover.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
• 3+ years in an Owner’s Engineer, Independent Engineer, Lender’s Engineer or equivalent owner’s representative role
• Experience covering both engineering/design review and site execution
• 3+ years’ experience on Advanced Class CCGT projects
• Strong EPC project delivery experience
• Experience with commissioning, performance testing and handover
• PE, CEng or equivalent professional registration preferred
• Previous Singapore project experience highly desirable
