URGENT HIRING – FIELD ENGINEERING COORDINATOR | MOZAMBIQUE 🇲🇿

We are looking for an experienced Field Engineering Coordinator to join our site engineering team in Mozambique

Project: EPC/ Power Plant (CCPP)Project
Location: Temane Site, Mozambique
Department: Project Engineering – Site

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Coordinate Field Change Requests (FCR), RFIs/Technical Queries, and As-Built/Red-Line documentation
✔️ Identify and coordinate field deviations with Site, Construction & Commissioning teams
✔️ Raise, track and close FCRs and RFIs through the Engineering Document Sharing Platform
✔️ Coordinate Red-Line and No-Change mark-ups with subcontractors and suppliers
✔️ Follow up with Engineers for timely responses and escalate delays when required
✔️ Maintain consolidated FCR, RFI and As-Built status logs and progress reports
✔️ Coordinate with Document Control/EDMS teams for proper document synchronization
✔️ Support engineering teams during technical reviews and site coordination
✔️ Coordinate walk-down, review and sign-off of red-line mark-ups
✔️ Ensure compliance with project Quality, Document Management and EDMS procedures

🔹 REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control, or related Engineering
✔️ Minimum 8 years of site engineering / field coordination experience
✔️ Strong experience in EPC Power Plant projects
✔️ Exposure to multiple disciplines – Electrical, Mechanical and/or Instrumentation & Control
✔️ Working knowledge of FCR, RFI/Technical Query and As-Built/Red-Line processes
✔️ Experience with construction, installation and commissioning interfaces
✔️ Good command of English – written & spoken
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office
✔️ Familiarity with engineering document sharing/document management platforms
✔️ Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills
