✅WORKSHOP CORDINATOR
📍 Location: Pemba, Mozambique
📅 Start: Immediate Availability
🔄 Employment Type: Rotation Scheme (35x35)
🔹 Scope of Services
- Coordinate and supervise workshop activities supporting offshore and onshore operations;
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams;
- PSV valve calibration, repair and certification, as well as control valve maintenance;
- CNC lathe operation and machining activities;
- Coordinate fabrication workshop general activities;
- Electrical motor bench test run;
- Pump repair, balancing and performance analysis;
- Control workshop resources, including tools, spare parts, consumables, and inventory.
- Support offshore campaigns and mobilize offshore when required
🔹 Candidate Profile
• Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Fluent English required and Portuguese desirable.
• Strong workshop management experience within the Oil & Gas, Marine, FPSO, FPU, FLNG, or heavy industrial environment.
