Project : Onshore LNG Train (4&6) Restoration Project
Job location: Doha, Qatar Ras Laffan
Contract Duration : 3 Yrs.
Working Schedule : 8-10 Hours
Leave Rotation : 3 Months on / 2 weeks off
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication , Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.
✔ Lead contract administration, commercial management, and dispute resolution activities for T4&6 project contracts to protect Company interests, ensure contractual compliance, and support the successful delivery of project objectives.
✔ 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry oversight of contractors / subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.
✔ Proven tract record in successful amicable resolution of contractual disputes.
✔ Experience in formal dispute resolution process e.g. mediation, binding arbitration, litigation.
Sound knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, including procurement, contracting, cost tracking, and invoice administration processes.
✔ Strong contract administration and commercial management skills.
✔ Good understanding of contract risk allocation, variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
