📍 Position: HSE Officer
🌍 Work Location: Offshore, UAE
📄 Employment Type: Contract Hire
Compensation & Benefits:
✅ Salary: AED 5,000 per month + Offshore Allowance
✅ Leave Cycle: 42 Days On / 21 Days Off
✅ Air Ticket: Round-trip Economy Class provided
✅ Medical Insurance: Provided
✅ Food & Accommodation: Provided as per company policy
✅ Working Hours: 06:30 AM – 06:30 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break), 7 days/week
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical), Health, Safety & Environmental Sciences, or an equivalent qualification.
NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
UAE Driving Licence (Preferred)
Experience Required
5–8 years of relevant HSE experience.
Minimum 5 years as an HSE Officer in the Oil & Gas industry.
Previous UAE Oil & Gas experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Monitor offshore work activities and ensure safe work practices.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency drills.
Promote a strong safety culture across the worksite.
