VACANCY — ANALYSER TECHNICIAN (AMC)
Location: Nagothane, Maharashtra
Job Type: Contractual / AMC Basis
Department: Instrumentation / Analyser Maintenance
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Analyser Technician to join our team on an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) basis at Nagothane, Maharashtra . The selected candidate will be responsible for the troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of process analysers in a petrochemical/chemical plant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain online process analysers (Gas Chromatographs, pH/Conductivity Analysers, O2/CO/CO2 Analysers, Moisture Analysers, etc.)
Carry out routine calibration, preventive maintenance (PM), and breakdown maintenance of analysers
Troubleshoot analyser system faults and coordinate with process/instrumentation teams for resolution
Maintain accurate maintenance records, calibration logs, and history cards
Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and permit-to-work systems
Support shutdown/turnaround activities related to analyser systems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/ITI in Instrumentations, or related discipline
3–8 years of relevant experience in analyser maintenance, preferably in a petrochemical, refinery, or chemical process industry
Hands-on experience with GC, online analysers, and sampling systems
Knowledge of hazardous area classifications and plant safety norms
Willingness to work in shifts and at a plant/site location
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with DCS/PLC interfacing with analysers
Experience working under AMC/contract maintenance arrangements
Good troubleshooting and documentation skills
