Job Description
Job Title: Area Lead - Project Engineering
Location: L&T Knowledge City, Vadodara
Experience: 7 + years of Exp in Oil & Gas
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
. Lead project engineering activities for assigned project areas.
. Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams (process, piping, civil, electrical,
instrumentation) for execution.
. Track engineering deliverables, schedules, and project progress
. Ensure alignment of engineering activities with project scope, timelines, and quality requirements.
. Interface with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for technical coordination.
. Support risk identification, issue resolution, and mitigation planning
. Participate in project review meetings, design reviews, and progress discussions.
. Ensure adherence to project procedures, documentation standards, and
compliance requirements
. Support project management team in achieving overall project objectives
Key Skills:
. Strong understanding of project engineering and multidisciplinary coordination.
. Familiarity with EPC project lifecycle and engineering workflows
. Experience in schedule tracking, interface management, and progress monitoring.
. Ability to handle client interactions and cross-functional coordination
