Our client, a multinational engineering oil service company is looking for workshop personnel (contract-based) to be based in Ras Laffan, Qatar.
💡 Key requirements:
– Proven experience working with downhole / completion tools in a workshop environment
– Strong knowledge of torqueing and pressure testing processes
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and procedures
– Hands-on mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail
– Commitment to high safety standards, proactive hazard awareness, and safe working practices
💡 Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare, assemble, and maintain downhole tools in accordance with company and client procedures
– Perform torque and pressure testing of completion equipment and tools
– Ensure all equipment is serviced, inspected, and ready for mobilization
– Maintain accurate workshop records, test reports, and documentation
– Follow all maintenance schedules and quality control procedures
