(Temporary deputations to Karwar & Visakhapatnam as required)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer / Electrical Manager to join a leading Naval & Defence organization. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in shipbuilding, warships (surface ships), submarines, or Defence projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Define the electrical scope of work for projects, bids, and procurement.
Lead electrical activities across maintenance, manufacturing, and project execution.
Manage troubleshooting, preventive & corrective maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Support vendor qualification, technical audits, and supplier development.
Coordinate with internal and global teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO procedures, and safety regulations.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and process improvement initiatives.
Support production line activities and provide technical assistance to clients and stakeholders.
🔹 Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals and electronic circuit analysis.
Hands-on experience in repair and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic systems.
Exposure to PLCs, Industrial Automation, Networking, and Communication Protocols.
Expertise in Power Electronics and fault diagnosis.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation.
🔹 Qualification
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
