Location: Nouakchott, Mauritania
SEPCO Industries is seeking a motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious Warehouse Operative to join our Materials Management & Warehouse Department. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, warehouse procedures, and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Prepare accurate warehouse documentation and support inventory audits.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely material availability.
Minimum Requirements:
- A degree in a field relevant to the domain.
- Minimum warehouse operations experience is required, preferably in an industrial or oil & gas environment.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software is an advantage.
- Forklift practical operating experience are desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, a positive team-oriented attitude, and a strong commitment to safety.
