Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Multi NDT Technician for a long-term assignment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in NDT field within the oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, or industrial sectors.
Position Details:
◉ Role Type: Contractor
◉ Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
◉ Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week, 8 Hours/Day
◉ Duration: Long-Term Assignment
◉ Joining: Immediate
Position: Multi NDT Technician
Requirements:
◉ Minimum 5 years of total experience in non-destructive testing
◉ At least 2-3 years of post - PCN experience
◉ Valid PCN UT 3.1 & 3.2 certification
◉ PCN UT 3.7, 3.8 & 3.9 certification will be an added advantage
◉ Must be available for immediate joining.
Role Responsibilities:
◉ Perform NDT inspections using approved methods, including:
Ultrasonic Testing - PCN UT 3.1 and 3.2, Additional UT techniques such as PCN UT 3.7, 3.8, and 3.9, where certified and required
◉ Carry out inspection activities on welds, structures, pipelines, pressure vessels, tanks, and other project-related components.
◉ Interpret inspection results accurately and evaluate indications in accordance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
◉ Prepare clear and accurate NDT reports, including inspection findings, defect details, sketches, test parameters, and final results.
